Terms and Conditions for Flower Shop
- Color
Each flower naturally has slight color variations. If our shop does not have sufficient flowers of the same color, we will substitute with other colors.
- Flowers
In cases where specific flowers are out of stock and cannot match those in the pictures, substitutions will be made with other flowers.
- Flower Patterns
Since all flowers are fresh-cut, each has its own growth pattern and may not exactly match the pictures. Adjustments will be made to ensure the overall arrangement is harmonious and aesthetically pleasing.
- Packaging
To ensure overall harmony and coordination, slight changes may be made to the packaging. As all packaging is done manually, there will be minor differences from the pictures.
- Photos and Filters
Photos may include filters and are for reference only. Variations in shooting environment, weather, and lighting may affect the appearance of the flowers in the pictures.
- Payment
Payment can only be made upon mutual agreement between the buyer and seller to avoid unnecessary trouble. Our shop only accepts full one-time payments and full prepayment for orders.
- Returns and Refunds
Our shop does not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason. Before dispatch, we will send a photo or video of the flowers to confirm their condition. If you are not satisfied, please specify the issue for adjustments. If no valid reason is provided, the order must be accepted.
7.1 Valid Reasons for Returns/Refunds:
Extensive Damage:
Small items (less than 20 cm): Damage of 5 cm or more
Medium items (20-40 cm): Damage of 7 cm or more
Large items (over 40 cm): Damage of 10 cm or more
Extensive Wilting/Withering:
Large arrangements (over 100 flowers): 10 or more wilted flowers
Medium arrangements (50-100 flowers): 6 or more wilted flowers
Small arrangements (10-50 flowers): 4 or more wilted flowers
Very small arrangements (less than 10 flowers): 2 or more wilted flowers
- By conducting a transaction with our shop, you agree to these terms and conditions. Only place an order if you agree to the terms and conditions above.
- Delivery
During the delivery process, if any issues arise, we will contact Grab Delivery / Lalamove / Third Parties for assist in coordinating if necessary.
