Cancellations and Refunds
We do not accept cancellations. Once an order is placed, we will proceed with making your bouquet.
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days. Contact us if your refund has not been processed within this timeframe.
It depends on the condition of your flowers. Send us a photo within 1 hour you received the bouquet. We will investigate and get back to you with a resolution.
Our standard delivery time is from 12 PM to 6 PM. Delays may occur due to unpredictable situations like heavy rain, traffic, or accidents. No refunds will be issued for late deliveries. Contact our customer service team to make a complaint.
